What will you be doing? DivergeIT’s Specialists provide remote support to select clients who possess both Windows and Apple environments. You will be supporting the latest Office 365 and Cloud-based network technologies (Azure, Endpoint manager, MFA) across multiple client environments. You will be working with a team that is diverse in both experience and training.
Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who has 2+ years of Helpdesk experience (MSP is huge plus!). This is full-time on-site work opportunity! Only Applicants near Los Angeles CA (max 30 mile radius).
The ideal candidate can demonstrate current knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Admin portal), Azure, Intune (Endpoint Manager), Microsoft Windows 10, Office products, and MACs up to Ventura. You must have a solid foundation in troubleshooting user desktop issues concerning network connectivity, email, printers, and user account permissions. Regardless of what you know, this position will challenge you to quickly learn how to support a wide variety of Productivity and Line of Business applications that our clients use to run their businesses. Salary will be commensurate with experience and demonstrated skillset. We are all working remotely at this time and use Teams and Connectwise to communicate and perform our daily tasks so you will need to be able to work independently with minimal supervision yet still meet your daily KPI's. You will also be required to be in a rotation for our On Call support.
